A kindhearted woman rushes a sick mother and her three-month-old baby to the hospital, only to be tormented by a thug seeking revenge for her reporting him. He demands money and makes increasingly vile threats. Even at the hospital, he refuses to let them receive emergency care. Then he recognizes the baby, and everything gets even worse.
